Kansas Jobs
Brandon supports laws that create and retain Kansas jobs. Our tax dollars should not go to corporations that ship our jobs out of state or to Mexico. And no one should be forced to choose between a high paying job and living in Kansas.
Local Business Growth
Brandon has worked with the South Wichita Business Association to lower property taxes for businesses affected by the construction at 47th and Broadway.
Small businesses account for 75 percent of new jobs in our country. As your elected official, Brandon will continue to work with local business leaders on a regular basis to address their needs.
Endorsement from Former SWBA President:
“Brandon Whipple has worked diligently with our South Wichita Businesses Association and we’ve successfully reduced taxes for these businesses through the reappraisal process.
As our state representative, I’m confident that Brandon Whipple will continue to work hard for our community.” - Tom String former president of the South Wichita Business Association
Protecting Education
Education is becoming the target of state budget cuts, cuts that put the future of our children at risk. Brandon will work to keep quality teachers in our schools and focus funding directly into the classroom.
Brandon will not let those in Topeka destroy our children’s opportunities to find jobs and compete in a global marketplace.
Brandon is a proud product of public schools. He attended Wichita State and was the first in his family to receive a college education.
He knows that a well-educated population will attract new businesses and provides more jobs for all Kansans. Slashing school funds hurts our kids and our state’s economy.
